1) ‘Equal Value’ Spots: (maximum 40 spots)
The team decides how much each spot is worth:
$25 x 40 spots = $1,000 per player *
$20 x 40 spots = $800 per player *
$15 x 40 spots = $600 per player *
$10 x 40 spots = $400 per player *
$5 x 40 spots = $200 per player *
Each supporter writes their name down in any available spot
2) ‘Increasing Value’ Spots: (maximum 40 spots)
Spot 1 = $1, Spot 2 = $2, Spot 3 = $3, …. up to Spot 40 = $40
Thus selling all 40 spots would raise $820 per player *
Each supporter selects the amount they want to donate from the available spots
3) ‘Tiered’ Spots: (maximum 40 spots)
Offer spots as Gold, Silver and Bronze supporters, eg:
$100 for Gold Supporters x 4 spots = $400
$25 for Silver Supporters x 16 spots = $400
$10 for Bronze Supporters x 20 spots = $200
Total for 40 spots = $1,000 per player *
Each supporter writes their name down in any available spot

Invite team members and managers to get behind the fundraising. Register and request team member templates
Team members approach friends, family and local businesses to sponsor a position on their top. Once someone has signed up collect the money and add their name against the spot on the template for that player.

$95 per hoodie
What if a player does not sell all their spots?
The player’s garment will still be printed with as many names as provided. The team will raise less, but the team will still look consistent and professional.
Can we sell more than 40 spots?
We do not recommend more than 40 names on the back. To acknowledge your supporters their names need to be readable. If you have more than 40 names all the names would be reduced in size and will not be readable from a distance.
Can we add each player’s name on their top?
Yes, each player can have their top personalised with their name above or below the list of supporters.
Can we add a main sponsor’s logo on back?
Yes, for an extra charge of $10 per garment a main sponsor can have their logo printed above the top text on the back of the garments. Maximum size 200mm x 60mm. Logo must be supplied as a vector format file.
Can we add multiple sponsors’ logos?
Yes, you can add several sponsors logos to the sleeves of the whole team for an additional charge of $5 per logo per garment. These can be placed on the sleeve. Maximum 2 logos by sleeve on tees, and 4 logos per sleeve on hoodies. Maximum 100mm x 100mm. Logos to all be supplied as vector file format.
Can we supply our own garments?
Our process is designed to supply new, high quality garments. If you wish to add sponsors to new tops supplied by your club or school please contact us so we can ensure the garments are compatible with our printing processes.
Can the supporters names be in colour rather than white?
Yes, we can support printing in colour. We do not recommend individual supporters names be in different colours. We are happy to colour: Gold, Silver, Bronze supporter categories if they are grouped together.
Can you collect the money from our supporters?
We believe that it is best for each player to collect the money raised from their supporters. That way they have personal responsible to the team towards the team fundraising.
If we were to collect funds raised online we would need to deduct merchant fees which would reduce the amount raised by the team.
How do we pay for the garments?
We will send the team an invoice based on the number of team players registered for the fundraiser, and any optional extras requested per player. This invoice must be paid online prior to the garments being despatched.
